Job brief

We are looking for a qualified Financial Controller who has strong experience in accounting management. This person will take the lead in overseeing day-to-day accounting functions, integrating finance operations, forecasting, and budgeting, handling tax matters, preparing financial reports, and ensuring organizational financial stability.

  • Manage the company’s accounting function (revenue recognition, AR, AP, general ledger, expense management), systems, and reporting in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements

  • Lead and deliver the month-end close process as the basis for providing accurate and timely financial information to management

  • Monitor and enforce best-in-class accounting practices as well as oversee the working capital and cash management

  • Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls, guidelines, policies and procedures that protect company assets and promote financial consistency 

  • Analyze financial data, prepare financial reports and interpret with insights, trends and recommended actions for the manager’s team

  • Build and maintain robust financial models that lead to real time decision making and advise on strategic priorities that drive business performance

  • Prepare quarterly and annual budget forecasting cycles as well as collaborate with management to develop a monthly, quarterly, and annual budget

  • Support strategic business decision-making through financial modeling and ad hoc analysis

  • Prepare and continuously improve monthly financial reporting packages to measure performance and track results against expectations



  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Accountancy and/or Finance

  • 7 years of finance experience

  • Sound knowledge of fundamental accounting principles, Thai laws and regulations

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel or Google sheets

  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting, data analysis and interpretation

  • Excellent written, verbal in English  and presentation skill

  • Strong organizational skill, detail orientation, and ability to think critically

  • Able to work independently and self-motivate in a fast-paced environment
